The concept is sketchy but I see the value for parents, girls or even my boys out at sketchy places w/sketchy people (shouldn't be there in the 1st place) your fam/friends/loved one's will know where you are in case of emergency. Sharing the knowledge.

I know that I am a little late to the party. Best Cellars of Washington DC, N.W.; located in Dupont Circle went out of business. The location at least the spirit lives on.
